Motus | Sofabed
Motus offers all the advantages of a sofa also designed for sleeping. This model offers an intermediate position between the sofa and the bed : the chaise longue, unfolded relaxed seated position. Easy to operate, with optimum comfort in both sofa and bed positions, thanks to its Bultex mattress. A foam insulator is provided to fit between the slats and the unfolded seat. Its base in black-stained ash brings a touch of elegance and modernity to the sofabed.

Mattress made of high resilience polyurethane foam Bultex Cushions pillows / lumbar cushions in polyester quilting.
Material
Steel mechanism with birch slats. Structure covered with plywood panels. Base and front in black-stained ash veneered MDF panel with satin finish. Epoxy satin black lacquered rails. Pivoting tablets for use as bedside tables for the bed position. Tablet bracket in mechanically-welded Epoxy black lacquered steel, tablet in solid ash with satin finish.

Vincent Tordjman
Vincent Tordjman is a designer, scenographer and musician. He trained at the Conservatoire de Metz, studied furniture design under Jean-Claude Maugirard at the Arts Déco de Paris, and philosophy at the Sorbonne. Between 1996 and 1998 he worked with Didier Gomez. Since 2001, following his first experiences of Japan, he has explored the incorporation of technologies, in particular audio, into furniture. This research resulted, in 2013, to his Wide collection of furniture with added sound, a project supported by the VIA and produced in conjunction with the French company la Boîte Concept, which developed its innovative acoustics.
